    The Daniel Plan is based on the Biblical account of the Old Testament prophet, Daniel, who chose to avoid King Nebuchadnezzar’s rich food and wine, and instead, he fasted, prayed and consumed only fruits, vegetables, whole grains and water as his way of honoring God. The Daniel Plan includes faith, food, fitness, focus and friends.
